Important Information for our Members Regarding COVID-19

ALL branch lobbies are still open during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-4:30pm) and drive-thrus are open from 8am-5pm.

The safety of our employees and our members is our highest priority. We are closely monitoring developments related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are working to keep our members and employees safe while continuing to provide access to financial services.
The lobbies will look a little different when you come in, for everyone’s safety we have installed acrylic shields at each teller window and in Member-facing areas.
Please observe the following guidelines while we work to ensure the safety of our employees and members:
If you are sick: please do not enter the lobby. We will continue to offer all services through our drive-thrus at this time.
If you are in a high-risk group: for your safety, we encourage you to consider using our drive-thru. We will continue to offer all services through our drive-thrus at this time.
In-lobby persons are limited to ten (10) members at one time.
Please practice social distancing while inside the Credit Union.

Loan Payment Assistance — We are prepared to work with you on your loan payments. If you have an existing SRCFCU loan(s), and would like to discuss potential deferment, please contact us and ask to speak to a loan officer. See Contact Information.

Our ATMs, Call24, and online (electronic) services will still be available 24/7.
Drive-thru hours are Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Check your account balances and review recent transactions
Transfer funds between your accounts
Make loan payments
Deposit checks using our mobile app
Pay bills using our Bill Pay application
Manage your credit card using eZcardinfo (www.ezcardinfo.com)
As always, your funds are secure and are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration up to $250,000.00 per member.
